CARP - Community Adjustment & Reintegration Program offers specialized Case Management and Forensic Counseling to youth transitioning from a residential treatment facility back into the community, who have been adjudicated delinquent of a sexual offense(s). The program includes ongoing monitoring, treatment, and assessment for youth (ages 11-21) . A case manager will meet with youth in their home, community, or school twice weekly and youth meet with a forensic therapy specialist once weekly for a period of 6-months.
Youth and their families are assisted in cultivating community connections.
