Sarah completed her undergraduate studies at Albright College in Reading, PA where she earned a degree in biopsychology and presented research on the evolution of human sexuality. She earned a Masters in Family Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia with a specialization in sex therapy and the treatment of sexual disorders. Sarah completed her internship at the Council for Relationships in Philadelphia treating individuals, families, and couples. She earned a specialty certificate working with veterans/active duty military personnel and their families from Widener University leading veteran/family trauma groups dealing with complex PTSD and pre/post deployment struggles. She is certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy for Trauma and is currently working on licensure in PA for marriage and family therapy and AASEC certification for sex therapy.
